Warranty
Your Clark & Mayfield has a one year warranty from defects in manufacturing & workmanship. If a product is found to be defective we may offer to have it repaired at a luggage repair shop local to you. If a local repair is not feasible we will offer to have it replaced for you, the original purchaser. In the event of a discontinued product that is no longer available, we will offer an exchange for a similarly priced item. This warranty only covers defects in manufacturing & workmanship and does not cover improper care, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
For all returns please send an email to returns@clarkandmayfield.com to receive an RMA number and instructions for returning your purchase. Include in the email your name, order number, and reason for return.
