Buffalo New York's Mural Scene
Thanks to enthusiastic local artists and generous donations, the public art scene in Buffalo is thriving. Murals are popping up all over the city and Instagrammers are loving it.
The Weego Mural can be found on the side of one of Buffalo's favorite food truck-turned brick and mortar restaurants, Lloyd's Taco Factory on Hertel Avenue.
Just down the street, We Are Here is another new mural that depicts a map of the Hertel area. Can you spot the hidden message? If you look closely, you can spot the word 'WE', which represents the tight-knit community always working together to build a better Buffalo.
And then there's the larger-than-life sized postcard-style 'Greetings from Buffalo' on the south side of the Washington Market building. This mural is the perfect backdrop for locals and tourists alike. The heart in the 'O' emanates the 'Buffalove' vibe that Buffalonians take so much pride in.
